After a solid general warm up, try this out...
3 Rounds:
10 Quality push ups
20 Weighted lunges
30 Single unders (with a real jump rope or an invisible one!)
Push Up Demo. Scale to down on toes, up on knees. All on knees. Or elevated reps.
Weighted lunges. Hold some object at your chest or do no added weight.
