8 ea. SA DB Snatch (odd object?)


#1. Jump out and back for your long jumps

#2. No need to get fully on the ground for these burpees

#3. Laying gone your back alternate opposite arm and leg extend (visual here!)

#4. Use an broomstick if necessary, can of food, something you can hold onto if you don't have a dumbbell. (visual here!)
