No classes in person this week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday you can try some at home workouts!

1 Turkish get up each arm
-Find some object around you can safely hold onto, nothing too heavy, just practice the movement!
Then...
8 Rounds:
1 Wall walk
10 Walking lunges (5 each)
20 Step ups (a stair to 15" approx)
