Try this workout at home.
Every minute on the minute add one rep of a burpee until you can not complete the given reps in a minute.
1st minute - 1 burpee
2nd minute - 2 burpees
3 rd minute - 3 burpees
Your score is final minute you completed all the given reps plus and extra.
*Use an EMOM timer, repeating every one minute.
