Reverse Tabata Handstand Hold
8 Rounds:
10 sec. hold
20 sec. rest
Then spend 30 minutes outside! Another great weather week. Ride a bike? Go on a walk? Jog? Find a hoop and shoot some baskets? Kick a soccer ball around? GET OUT!
*Try to hold a handstand on the wall, if unable to do so, elevate you feet on a couch or table and hold yourself up with locked elbows. Try to achieve the position described in this video. Experiment with your body facing to the wall or away from it.
