PAUSE on IN-PERSON Classes

We are pausing on in-person classes for awhile, please check back for when we will be back at Christie Heights. For now, we will post at home workouts on our regular workout days.


For now:

-Exercise when you can!

-Eat natural, whole, healthy foods when you can!

-Get fresh air and sunlight when you can!

-Drink plenty of water, limit other beverages!

-Be awesome.
