80 single-unders
40 sit-ups
40 box step-ups
40 deadlifts
30 burpees
20 dumbbell shoulder presses
*If you don't have access to equipment find something you can deadlift safely. Cinder block? Heavy books? Gallon milk jug filled with sand?
*If you don't have something to shoulder press try 5 wall walks instead
*If you don't have a jump rope use an invisible one
