Meet Amanda

Amanda has been involved with strength and conditioning since 2007 and taught at CrossFit Omaha for over eight years. She hopes to improve lives through the fun, challenging and strength-building community that is CrossFit.

Meet Tony

Tony has been with the Omaha Police Department 16 years and a gang unit officer for 12. He has been crossfitting since 2008 at CrossFit Omaha. He founded Kinship CrossFit to bring a positive alternative to a negative lifestyle for at-risk youth.

Meet Judy

Judy is a board-certified Orthopedic Physiotherapist and a CrossFit Level 2 trainer, with more than a decade of experience in physiotherapy and a lifetime of experience as a collegiate soccer player, runner and CrossFit athlete.

She was initially interested in Kinship CrossFit because of it's potential for creating a healthy change at the family and community level. She stayed because the Kinship CrossFit family has become her family.

Meet Bob

Bob was born and raised in Omaha.  He works as an actuary at Mutual of Omaha.  Bob has been involved in CrossFit for 6 years.  He earned his CF-L1 coaching certificate in 2018 and is energized by helping others live healthier lives.
